What would we do ? How can we change the world ? How to make our lives comfortable and design a better future. This is what we need to engineer on .Nigeria is one of the places on earth were we can build a strong and concrete youth empowerment.
By empowerment I mean making the people live strong gain a job and stand on their own. The government too is trying to deploy this among the public. But this is never getting on the deserved hands. Government can never make things happen 100% people too must cooperate and involve in the activities that is a fact. But the sad thing is the Nigerian government is not as interested to involve the youth into politics.
The ongoing projects like YOUWIN targeting the better of the society is not as smooth as it should be the lack of influence among the young generation is the main reason for this. The youth involvement is strictly censored by the ruling firm, I can't realise the reason for this. Majority of the big Peoples Republic or Democratics are very well interested in young leaders but here the story is reversed .Is the youth so Foolish ? Definitely no. Are they not mature Enough ? Far more than the government. Then were is the Problem ?
Government needs to be Enlighten
This is were all the discussions end and its the key for the development of Nigeria. The government should allow youth into the Political under-masks. “For a Golf ball to roll not only the ground must be plain the ball should be round”. The PDP should realise that the only way to keep them safe in elections is to have a strong hold in the young era. And thus new ideas emerge and hence they can stay safe in the elections. It's not the age old ideas that Nigeria is in need for we want something refreshing that can change the course of development and thus to gear up the financial undergrowth. The young generation is the only ones who can do this.
The “3 lens approach” is what we need
Working for youth as beneficiaries,Engaging youth as partners,Supporting youth as leaders.
If the Government include this crystal clear in their Agendas then that is the beginning of a new Era.

Yes , this is something to be made very clear of In the last 5 years the Telecommunication field, Poultry,Oil ,Gas industry has made a unbelievable growth and thus a denser impact on the financial leader-boards. More than 3.5 million people can be Directly or indirectly employed in these fields.
For the Young generation loving doing Business
Today over 60 million Nigerians has their own mobile phone the Tele-Density has increased in an abnormal rate. But sad to say that Nigeria dosent have a nationalized or Domestic Mobile Company or even a Assembling station. The new born bossiness aspirants can claim this field into their Map.
But all these to happen the 3 lens approach should be stimulated.
